We already have qualified customers waiting in line for our materials. We have looked closely at this opportunity and presently are actively involved in all of the market segments necessary to bring together a small but dynamic team. This investment requires lease monies for a commercial spot in the Santa Cruz area as well as for equipment, small structures, storage and the ability to slowly turn a large volume of material allowing them to heat together and pass right along into the bagging operation. The market for growing and gardening are increasing steadily; especially as the US population ages and people enjoy the pleasures and practical rewards one can get from cultivation on any level. This investment will set in motion the beginnings of a firm that will go from start-up to $12MM in three years and still spin off cash flow for private concerns, or to be publicly acquired, or acquire others and seek to expand Nationally.
